What our customers say

The TSA lock was the reason I bought this set and it has worked faultlessly through three American airports. Cases came back with a few scuffs and nothing more.

Two hundred pounds for three cases with a proper lock is good value. The 21 inch is spot on for cabin and the 24 is the one we reach for most.

Trevor Bowles · Verified buyer
Lovely cases and the grey is a good practical colour. I would have liked an outside pocket on at least one of them, which is the only thing I miss from my old soft case.

Lorraine Hetherington · Verified buyer
Bought the beige set. They nest inside each other for storage which sold it to me, we have a small spare room. Wheels are silent and the shells have taken a battering already.

Malcolm Reeve · Verified buyer
Good quality for the price. The instructions for setting the lock code are very small print and I needed my glasses and a paperclip. Once set it has been fine.

Hilary Dawes · Verified buyer
Ordered on a Sunday, here on a Tuesday, well packaged. All three cases unmarked in the box. Used the big one for a month in Australia and it came home in one piece.

Fergus Mackie · Verified buyer
Lovely cases and very well made. The pink is a touch softer in daylight than on screen, more of a dusty rose, which I have actually come to prefer. Happy with them.

Marion Stubbs · Verified buyer
Customer service rang me back the same day about a missing lock cover and posted one out free. That is why I would buy from them again.

Owen Pritchard · Verified buyer
We have used these for a cruise and two flights this year. Easy to spot on the carousel in blue and they slide under the bunk in a cabin, which not all hard cases do.

Joan Fairhurst · Verified buyer
Sturdy set and the 28 inch swallows a fortnight for two. Do check your weight allowance though because the big one is not the lightest before you start.

Duncan Aitken · Verified buyer
Bought for my parents and they have not stopped telling people about them. The four wheels mean my mum can push hers rather than drag it, which matters at her age.

Priya Shah · Verified buyer
Good honest set. The interior straps are a bit flimsy compared to the rest of the case, one of the clips has already gone. Everything else is holding up well.
